Description

  • Establish and manage production schedules for multi-layered campaign flights and ensure smooth transitions between awareness and lead generation phases.
  • Act as the central point of contact for creative feedback by consolidating input from global, local, and compliance stakeholders into clear revision requests.
  • Build, maintain, and enforce project timelines and sprint schedules while tracking dependencies and launch risks.
  • Manage creative trafficking and technical QA for a range of ad formats, including static ads, carousels, document ads, thought leader ads, and short videos.
  • Run efficient team meetings, own agendas, manage time, and document action items with assigned owners.
  • Create, format, and maintain campaign tracking decks, status slides, and operational frameworks for internal and client-facing use.
  • Support the backend pipeline that ingests, cleans, and routes leads into marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between global marketing teams and regional/local teams handling execution and localization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management or operations experience, especially supporting campaigns and B2B account-based marketing setups.
  • Strong familiarity with multi-channel B2B campaigns and operational requirements across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Search.
  • Experience with account-based marketing mechanics, including first-party and third-party target account lists, data security, audience sizing, and list uploads for matched-audiences targeting.
  • Prior experience in creative traffic management, operations, or production coordination in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex creative feedback loops and timeline tracking under tight deadlines.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and frequent reviews.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to ask thoughtful questions and partner effectively across creative, operations, and stakeholder teams.
