Description

  • Own Transact’s P&L, including revenue, bookings, retention, and margin, and report results through monthly Product Line Reviews.
  • Define and execute an outcome-based product strategy and roadmap aligned with Lone Wolf’s financial goals.
  • Embed AI, conversational automation, and digital workers throughout the transaction workflow to reduce manual effort.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across Transact modules.
  • Coordinate with Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and peer product leaders to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Monitor competitors and win/loss trends, and provide Sales and Marketing with positioning and battle cards.
  • Manage key customer and partner relationships, translating feedback into prioritized actions that protect and grow retention.
  • Lead product consolidation, modernization, and customer migration initiatives while maintaining business performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading Product Manager teams in B2B or vertical SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of product-line commercial results, including P&L, bookings, or retention, with strong financial fluency.
  • Experience in real estate technology, transaction management, or document and workflow software preferred.
  • Track record of consolidating or modernizing products and migrating customers from legacy platforms while protecting retention.
  • Hands-on experience bringing AI and automation into production workflows with measurable adoption.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a single strategy.
