Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across the platform.
  • Engage with clients and customer-facing teams to identify needs and define product priorities.
  • Build business cases that connect roadmap investments to retention, revenue, and client outcomes.
  • Improve how clients’ brands, listings, and expertise are represented by search engines and AI assistants.
  • Define measurement for citations, visibility, and performance across answer engines.
  • Own technical foundations and partner with engineering on scalable defaults, automation, and safeguards.
  • Test changes on representative groups of sites, measure impact, and scale successful solutions.
  • Ship products with engineering and design partners by writing clear requirements.
  • Partner with client success, sales, and marketing to launch products and communicate their value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product line.
  • Experience owning adoption, client outcomes, and revenue metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and a current perspective on AI search.
  • Technical depth sufficient to collaborate credibly with engineers and identify impactful details.
  • Strong customer research, prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience using measurement and experimentation to validate results before scaling.
  • Fluency with AI tools for investigation, prototyping, and problem-solving.
  • Experience serving small businesses or solo operators is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing products such as websites, email, local listings, reviews, or social is preferred.
  • Experience with platform products, production LLM products, content or brand work, or founder/GM/P&L responsibilities is preferred.
