Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers, including setting goals, managing performance, and creating growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-impact implementation projects.
  • Own staffing models, hiring plans, onboarding, and training programs for implementation teams.
  • Oversee technically complex implementations involving data integrations, workflow configuration, and API-based setups.
  • Build project plans, manage milestones and dependencies, and drive projects to successful, on-time go-lives.
  • Translate customer business requirements into technical specifications and align customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Improve handoffs between Sales, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Engagement Management, and operations teams.
  • Define implementation objectives, KPIs, dashboards, operating cadences, and scalable delivery processes.
  • Develop standardized project plans, SOWs, and pricing structures in partnership with Sales.
  • Manage time-to-live, implementation hours, utilization, and paid-services margins.
  • Gather customer insights and use them to improve the product and onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading and developing implementation teams.
  • Track record of owning complex, enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end to end.
  • Strong technical fluency in data integrations, API-based setups, and workflow configuration.
  • Ability to translate between business and engineering teams.
  • Experience building implementation processes and operating models from the ground up in a scaling environment.
  • Demonstrated success shortening implementation timelines while maintaining quality, with measurable improvements in delivery time or effort.
  • Experience managing complex customer escalations; executive-level recovery experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in a scaling B2B SaaS startup and in configuration-heavy, complex verticals.
  • Healthcare, regulated, or compliance-driven industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with AI and project management tools, using data to manage delivery and performance.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $165,000–$210,000.
  • Equity included in the total compensation package.
