Description

  • Drive new business growth by making 30 to 40 calls per day and building a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Prospect into healthcare organizations through follow-up, networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Send personalized emails and engage prospects through social media to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce, Conquer, Google, and search tools to research contacts, manage outreach, and document activity.
  • Qualify accounts and leads by probing for specific business and solution needs.
  • Nurture prospects who are not yet ready to buy and keep them engaged with MCG Health.
  • Partner with Sales Development leadership, Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Marketing to shape territory strategy, scripts, training, and appointment setting.
  • Achieve or exceed targets for calls and SQLs while tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Represent MCG at trade shows and events through pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up, with up to 20% travel.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in outbound business-to-business prospecting or proven sales experience required.
  • Experience selling healthcare solutions preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for trade shows, marketing activities, and MCG-sponsored events.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Experience prospecting in the healthcare or tech industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Dial Source, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions and build trust with prospects.
