Description

  • Own the customer relationship through onboarding, deployment, adoption, advocacy, and renewal for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the implementation and deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and time to value.
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions and product demonstrations for executives and day-to-day users.
  • Work through customer obstacles and support successful system adoption across multiple use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural values while helping the company scale globally.
  • Advise and guide strategic customers to ensure they gain ongoing business value from Samsara’s products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and end users.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work in a high-visibility role.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS is preferred.
