Description

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation opportunities.
  • Translate client objectives, business requirements, and operating models into integrated future-state solutions.
  • Architect solutions spanning Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Data & AI, Power Platform, integrations, and organizational change management.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, RFP responses, demonstrations, presentations, and executive discussions.
  • Develop solution narratives connecting business challenges with Microsoft capabilities and measurable outcomes.
  • Define integration strategies across Dynamics 365, legacy systems, ISVs, EDI, e-commerce, WMS, TMS, MES, PLM, and other platforms.
  • Develop implementation approaches, estimates, resource plans, timelines, assumptions, and risk considerations with Delivery.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery on Statements of Work and transition solutions into implementation.
  • Mentor Solution Architects and contribute to reusable demonstrations, methodologies, industry assets, and intellectual property.
  • Support customer workshops, webinars, conferences, and demand-generation activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, ERP, business transformation, solution architecture, or a related field.
  • Deep firsthand experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution.
  • Significant experience implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the broader Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to architect complex enterprise-scale solutions across multiple technology domains, including integration, data, analytics, and technology architecture.
  • Significant experience in both solution delivery and pre-sales, including estimates, resource plans, implementation approaches, and Statements of Work.
  • Ability to advise and influence C-suite executives and business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple pursuits.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements, workshops, conferences, and business needs.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, AI, advanced Supply Chain capabilities, manufacturing, demand planning, product configuration, organizational change management, industry accelerators, or competing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Infor.
