Description

  • Attain sales and bookings quota within the Dynamics 365 (ERP) and business analytics market.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, including identifying core customers and aligning MCA Connect solutions to business needs.
  • Build accurate forecasts, quarterly bookings plans, and account plans, and manage time and workflow effectively.
  • Monitor competitors and respond quickly to market and customer developments.
  • Turn leads into pursuits and manage the full pursuit-to-close process.
  • Assist in assessing, designing, and developing technical requirements and solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including Microsoft and other industry alliances.
  • Develop customer-specific value propositions, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate in a team-selling environment and leverage internal subject matter experts to win deals.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience selling ERP software and services and/or consulting professional services, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience as the single point of contact for new customers to assess needs and devise targeted solutions.
  • Background in relationship management and solution selling.
  • Ability to work with executives at all levels and navigate complex corporate structures.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the IT services business and the ERP, CRM, and business analytics competitive landscape.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience networking to create sales opportunities and support marketing events and campaigns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
