Description

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through close.
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts across data, analytics, automation, and AI services.
  • Identify high-value business problems and build executive-aligned solution roadmaps.
  • Partner with Microsoft field teams to co-sell, build pipeline, and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Articulate the value of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, quarterly quotas, and other performance metrics.
  • Translate strategy into executable programs across data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience engaging with and managing CXO-level stakeholders and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with partners.
  • Experience selling public cloud-based data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence services.
  • Experience with the Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Experience selling analytics and data products and services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Strong business and industry acumen in manufacturing, distribution, or energy is preferred.
  • Experience leading a complex, client-centric sales process with strong organization, diligence, and problem solving.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
