Description

  • Direct one or more large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
  • Manage high-risk, high-complexity project scope, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
  • Provide leadership across functional and business areas affected by the project.
  • Coordinate with resource management to secure and allocate the right project resources.
  • Drive project decisions and present schedule, prioritization, and resource recommendations to management.
  • Communicate project status regularly to executives, management, and stakeholders through reports and briefings.
  • Collaborate closely with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee project budget management, predictive financial analysis, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and forecasting.
  • Apply PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards and provide project management guidance to team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM preferred.
  • Experience across implementation phases including Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
  • Understanding of integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy and end-to-end solution context.
  • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders and communicate progress and vision.
  • Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor performance.
  • Consensus-driven management style suited to a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Microsoft SureStep certification preferred.
  • PMI certification preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
