Description

  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data conversion, training, and go-live support for Acumatica Construction implementations.
  • Manage assigned project tasks and workstreams in alignment with SOWs, BPR documentation, and implementation methodology.
  • Advise clients, build relationships, resolve business and process issues, and support long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop consulting estimates and implementation project plans.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and concerns to project leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Coach team members and provide quality assurance on implementation methods and best practices.
  • Facilitate client and team discussions across organizational levels.
  • Create accurate project documentation and support change management activities.
  • Maintain approximately 75% annual utilization and ongoing Acumatica expertise.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Acumatica implementation and support experience, primarily focused on Construction.
  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience leading full-cycle implementations and managing concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience working directly with client teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US and Canada.
  • Acumatica certifications in Construction or related modules preferred.
  • Additional Field Services experience, consulting or ERP reseller experience, or a controller/senior accountant background preferred.
