Description

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts and provide timely, customer-focused support.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client requests, questions, and follow-ups.
  • Create and execute a lightweight annual activity plan for renewals, transactions, and key client touchpoints.
  • Coordinate internal teams to track, communicate, and resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Execute and manage repeatable client transactions, including software renewals, IP renewals, services renewals, extensions, and smaller change orders.
  • Ensure transactions are properly documented, approved, handed off, and billed correctly.
  • Support forecasting and tracking of transactional revenue within the assigned portfolio.
  • Deliver strong customer service and coordinate client escalations with clear communication and resolution updates.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys, follow up on feedback, and escalate signs of dissatisfaction or risk.
  • Maintain simple account plans, support annual client reviews, and route cross-sell or upsell opportunities to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

  • This position begins June 1, 2026 and requires 1 week of onsite training in either the Houston or Denver office.
  • Remote location with travel up to 20%.
  • Experience managing client accounts with a focus on high-volume, lower-complexity transactions.
  • Ability to handle renewals, change orders, and other repeatable transactional work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service and client communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across Delivery, Managed Services, Sales Operations, and service-line teams.
  • Experience with forecasting or tracking revenue is preferred.
  • Ability to follow established processes, playbooks, RACI guidelines, and escalation paths.
  • Comfort supporting client planning, reviews, and identifying renewal or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Business Applications, Azure Data & AI, or manufacturing-focused environment is a plus.
