Description

  • Customize and configure IBM Maximo solutions to align with business and operational objectives.
  • Support the MAS 8 upgrade by resolving technical and functional issues during the transition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, implementations, and configurations.
  • Provide expert technical and functional support for Maximo applications.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and recommend best-practice solutions for Maximo Asset Management.
  • Guide the technical team to meet project milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate on business application requirements and design management for Maximo-related work.
  • Contribute to improved system performance and a smooth migration to MAS 8.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo 7.x and/or MAS 8 application configuration and support.
  • Experience with the Maximo Integration Framework.
  • Experience with Java development.
  • Experience with BIRT and Cognos report writing.
  • Strong communication skills for working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MAS 8 is preferred.
  • Oracle PL/SQL development skills are preferred.
  • Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Oracle Database experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, especially Maximo upgrades and business application requirement/design management.
