Description

  • Build backend services and frontend components to deliver complete product experiences.
  • Contribute to the incrementality product as it develops into a scalable experimentation platform.
  • Build near-real-time data ingestion and processing capabilities.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows that help marketers evaluate performance and act on insights.
  • Improve connection-state systems and expand partner integrations for data ingestion and exports.
  • Work on product areas including role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, and senior engineers.
  • Contribute to frontend development as needed, primarily supporting backend-focused work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building backend services, APIs, or data processing systems in Python.
  • Exposure to distributed systems or microservices.
  • Experience owning implementations from product requirements through production.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving or early-stage environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to investigate unfamiliar datasets, interconnected tables, issues, and dependencies.
  • Working experience with React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization is not required.
  • Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
  • Generalist mindset with willingness to work across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in data-intensive backend engineering with some shipped frontend work is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $140,000–$155,000 USD.
