Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value accounts to support growth objectives and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across architecture teams, buying committees, and procurement.
  • Identify, research, and win new strategic customers through targeted prospecting and engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through onboarding in partnership with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with technology and consulting partners to create joint opportunities.
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasting, and improve sales execution.
  • Expand customer value by identifying new use cases and deepening account penetration in complex organizations.
  • Work closely across internal teams to support focused engagement with strategic enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle strategic sales experience, ideally in Data & Analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience managing seven-figure customer accounts.
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts and expand customer value through a consultative sales approach.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to independently source, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • High level of customer engagement, including 5+ meetings per week.
  • Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Estimated annual base salary of $140,000-$175,000.
  • Total on-target earnings of $280,000-$350,000 with variable sales commissions.
