Description

  • Lead execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives in Braze.
  • Configure and customise Braze journeys, strategies, and campaign plans.
  • Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, technical teams, and clients to align strategy with delivery.
  • Manage and analyse customer data to improve audience targeting and campaign performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance for campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Translate client business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Apply new Braze capabilities and industry best practices to improve client outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform use.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience working with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, including quality assurance of campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in client-facing or agency environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, organised, and strong problem-solving approach.
  • Valid work visa required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Willingness to use a personal device for work under the BYOD policy.
