Description

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Client Partners.
  • Create tailored pitch decks, proposals, and pricing based on client needs and objectives.
  • Support contract negotiations and help secure deal closure with client stakeholders.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the client portfolio.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive growth.
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps for client growth and future engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment, resourcing, and high-quality execution.
  • Maintain high standards of client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-focused, client-facing role, ideally in tech, digital marketing, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish credibility with both new and existing clients.
  • Experience working with or understanding CRM, martech, customer data, or analytics ecosystems.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into client value propositions.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, especially across sales-to-delivery transitions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Right to work in the UK with a valid work visa, as sponsorship is not available.
  • Bring your own device, as the company operates a BYOD policy.
  • Two references may be requested during the hiring process.
  • For contractors, proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance is required.
