Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major convenience retailers nationwide.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships at customer headquarters and regional business unit levels.
  • Lead annual business planning and budget processes for assigned accounts.
  • Drive distribution and adoption of Mashgin solutions across new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate regional pricing strategies and promotional programs that support profitability and market needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand deployments across additional store locations and regions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support teams.
  • Lead problem resolution and escalation management across business functions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders to review performance and priorities.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and retail execution metrics to inform account strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive sales and key account management experience.
  • Proven track record managing national retail chains in grocery and convenience store channels.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share with major accounts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SAP/BI systems and Customer Portfolio Management platforms.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting tools such as HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated ability to work independently across multiple time zones and manage complex, multi-regional priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
