Description

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment processes.
  • Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives.
  • Handle workers’ compensation claims and unemployment claims.
  • Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims.
  • Administer COBRA notifications and related compliance tasks.
  • Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000.
  • Support new employee setup and respond to employee inquiries about 401(k) and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs.
  • Conduct ACA year-end reviews and audit employment files for compliance.
  • Assist with other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with U.S. HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
