Description

  • Support sales leadership with weekly forecasting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression, and deal closure cadence.
  • Optimize go-to-market strategy across sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure, automation, and regional performance.
  • Improve the sales funnel through data, systems, strategy, and process, including pipeline and forecast management.
  • Drive planning efforts for sales strategy, quota setting, team structure, resourcing, and account assignments.
  • Provide analytical leadership by generating business insights, defining operational priorities, and allocating performance metrics.
  • Lead annual planning activities, including revenue growth projections and headcount planning.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals.
  • Partner cross-functionally on initiatives that improve sales efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading a complex Sales Operations function in a FinTech or modern payments sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation synthesis for executive audiences.
  • Proven process design and documentation experience, ideally including onboarding process optimization in regulated payments organizations.
  • Experience successfully managing large-scale complex projects and programs.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing and mentoring revenue operations professionals is preferred.
  • Experience with regulated payments organizations is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $187,000-$233,800 for National, $202,400-$253,000 for Premium, and $220,000-$275,000 for Premium Plus locations.
