Description

  • Lead technical workstreams and initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate work across engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, resources, and delivery milestones.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams.
  • Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions.
  • Document technical decisions and align stakeholders on execution.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove blockers for engineering teams.
  • Balance technical tradeoffs with business requirements and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in software organizations.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and software development lifecycles/processes (S-SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively across audiences.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is preferred.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills are preferred.
  • Experience in electronic payments and accounting systems is preferred.
