Description

  • Manage the weekly and monthly forecast process for the North America High Velocity team and report results to senior sales leadership.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and predictability by overseeing pipeline coverage, deal stage hygiene, and close dates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deal escalations and help resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and company policies to maintain accurate and compliant data.
  • Provide daily coaching and mentoring to High Velocity Account Executives on deal structuring, negotiation, pipeline management, and product positioning.
  • Set performance expectations, track quota attainment, and conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for new sales hires.
  • Build a motivated, collaborative, and accountable team culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Travel up to 20% to company and customer locations as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven success leading a sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
  • Experience in regional sales management with ownership of forecasting and advanced business reporting.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills with the ability to build and retain high-performing talent.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • High Velocity or mid-market sales experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
