Description

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects to keep delivery aligned.
  • Own, refine, and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and the product backlog.
  • Write clear user stories and facilitate requirement reviews and acceptance with business users.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration support, testing, and UAT planning and execution.
  • Lead RUN activities for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Media Cloud, including ticket management and allocation.
  • Work closely with offshore teams, primarily in India, to ensure effective communication and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain data quality and build reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), and declarative configuration.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience coordinating with offshore teams, preferably in India.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud is required or strongly preferred.
  • Ability to stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant improvements.
