Description

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce project development from solution design through build, testing, and deployment.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Manage the full Salesforce development lifecycle and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and development work across flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for Salesforce production incidents, outages, and complex business-impacting issues.
  • Lead root-cause investigations into configuration, automation, security, data integrity, performance, and integration issues.
  • Own Salesforce support operations, including incident response, problem management, change management, and release stability controls.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards for configuration management, deployment controls, environment strategy, and access/security compliance.
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators while setting expectations for ownership, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate hotfixes, production releases, and operational improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in production.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development, administration, and configuration.
  • Experience with workflow automation, Flows, validation rules, role hierarchy, permissions, and governance controls.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and cross-system dependencies.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring technical support or platform teams.
  • Deep understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational reliability.
  • Salesforce certification such as Admin, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, or similar.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical or revenue-impacting Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD release pipelines and Salesforce deployment tooling.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting for SaaS platforms; experience in high-availability or regulated environments is preferred.
