Description

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, Partners, and Executive Leadership Team across business and personal matters.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and ad hoc priorities with discretion, autonomy, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate calendars and meetings, including scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, RSVPs, and protection of focused work time.
  • Arrange travel and logistics, including booking flights and lodging, providing directions, travel-time estimates, parking details, and mileage reconciliation.
  • Prepare for appointments and meetings by organizing materials, tracking follow-ups, and supporting post-meeting action items.
  • Manage email inboxes and LinkedIn accounts for the CEO and Partners, including writing, proofreading, and sending messages.
  • Screen, answer, and return phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and text messages in a professional manner.
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system and keep contact lists up to date.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical work such as ordering supplies, arranging repairs, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, tracking, and archiving.
  • Prepare documents, letters, presentations, graphs, expense reports, and other communication materials; assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in a professional setting is a plus, especially in executive/personal assistance, administration, program coordination, event planning, or communications.
  • Internships, part-time roles, volunteer coordination, or relevant academic projects will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Native or bilingual Turkish speaker with excellent verbal and written business English; all interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Positive, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
  • Must be available for a full-time remote position based in Turkey.
  • A dedicated office room or workspace is required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
  • Work hours are based on U.S. time zones, specifically EST.
