Description

  • Own and drive a portfolio of complex product development programs from tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts.
  • Ensure programs deliver against technical, schedule, and business objectives.
  • Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive program-level decisions when priorities compete.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Partner with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp.
  • Ensure design, supply chain, and operational readiness for manufacturing scale-up.
  • Use tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve transparency, execution discipline, and collaboration.
  • Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early and lead mitigation planning and execution across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program leadership experience in fast-paced hardware development environments.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Background in hardware or controls engineering, such as electrical, software, mechanical, or systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design, validation, regulatory certification (preferred), and manufacturing scale-up.

  • Base salary of $151,400 - $178,000 per year.
