Description

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your area of AXIOM.
  • Identify, validate, and ship AI-native and agentic capabilities such as assisted analysis, search, summarization, categorization, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with engineering and data science on artifact parsing, data ingestion, processing performance, and scale.
  • Develop deep expertise in digital forensic analysis, supported data sources, and examiner workflows to inform prioritization decisions.
  • Engage customers and prospects through interviews, onsite visits, and workshops to validate problems and uncover unmet needs.
  • Own activation, onboarding, and depth of use to improve adoption and reduce time to insight.
  • Partner with go-to-market and growth teams to support usage expansion, upgrades, and broader install-base value.
  • Instrument the product, define key metrics, and run experimentation and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Translate customer and business outcomes into requirements and software deliverables, then drive execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to positioning, pricing, launch readiness, and sales enablement for your product area.
  • Ensure AXIOM delivers seamless value across the broader Magnet platform, including portfolio integrations.
  • Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Travel approximately 15-20%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of complex, technical products.
  • Experience with data-intensive, platform, or systems software preferred.
  • Must be an AI-native operator who uses AI as a default part of work.
  • Fluency with current AI tools and prompt engineering for research, discovery synthesis, competitive analysis, drafting, data analysis, and rapid prototyping.
  • Comfort going deep with engineering on architecture, data processing, performance, and scalability.
  • Ability to read a system, reason about tradeoffs, and earn the trust of senior engineers.
  • Technical background or hands-on technical experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with continuous discovery, validation, and customer advocacy.
  • Demonstrated track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Fluency with product analytics and experimentation, including product instrumentation.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across customers, executives, and internal audiences.
  • Ability to weigh customer impact against long-term business value and make investment tradeoffs.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technology-related program, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or Law Enforcement preferred.
  • Experience building or shipping AI-native or agentic product capabilities, including LLM features, RAG, evaluations, or guardrails, preferred.
  • Experience with data-intensive products involving parsing, search, large-scale processing, or analytics, preferred.
  • Comfort building working prototypes or demos with AI app builders and coding copilots, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira, Aha, and Amplitude, preferred.
