Description

  • Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise data insights using Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to turn enterprise data into actionable insights.
  • Drive the product roadmap for enterprise reporting, data exploration, and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for self-service analytics, ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Evaluate and recommend BI, analytics, and AI tools that complement Snowflake.
  • Define product requirements for predictive models supporting fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, provider performance, and operational optimization.
  • Champion AI-powered analytics, natural language querying, and generative AI capabilities to improve data accessibility.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
  • Conduct product roadmap reviews, product demos, and advisory workshops with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present new product business cases to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Client Success teams to support go-to-market, releases, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to balance feature delivery with technical debt, performance, and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the health IT vendor space, with strategic and tactical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and customer management.
  • Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert-level communication skills for customer discovery, product requirements, and presentations.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles; Agile/Scrum training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with API integration development, third-party support, web application frameworks, and database concepts.
  • Experience defining and/or executing go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience working with overseas business analysts and engineering teams.
  • Must be located in the US and work from EST or CST time zones; this is a fully remote role.
  • Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel.
