Description

  • Lead a team of 7-10 Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new SDRs in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs, including conducting annual performance reviews and supporting professional development and internal advancement.
  • Maintain and enhance enablement resources for SDR tools by working with vendors.
  • Develop and implement best-practice prospecting strategies, including the use of AI tools.
  • Partner with regional Marketing leads to plan and execute campaigns, including outbound email cadences.
  • Manage and improve pipeline generation activities tied to acquisition and expansion goals.
  • Measure SDR performance using tools such as Salesloft and Salesforce.
  • Report on opportunity and pipeline creation targets using Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience building and leading a Sales Development team toward ambitious goals.
  • 3+ years of success in pipeline generation roles in a B2B environment such as SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience using AI programs to support daily tasks.
  • Experience in a SaaS and B2B sales environment.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo experience is an asset.
  • Ability and desire to work in a challenging environment with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Passion for prospecting and sales best practices.
