Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across operations, deposition services, corporate, and technical roles.
  • Operate as a hands-on leader by personally managing a requisition load, including senior, executive, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Source, screen, schedule, interview, and close candidates while partnering with hiring managers on intake, debriefs, and offer strategy.
  • Assess, improve, and scale the Talent Acquisition function with greater structure, consistency, and accountability.
  • Build, manage, and develop internal and contract recruiters by setting expectations and performance standards.
  • Prioritize recruiting resources based on business impact and hiring urgency.
  • Partner with executive leadership on hiring strategy, including growth and M&A integration needs.
  • Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and systems, including daily use of Lever ATS.
  • Establish and own recruiting metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
  • Drive proactive sourcing for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles while improving candidate experience and employer brand.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Experience improving or rebuilding a recruiting function in a high-growth and/or PE-backed environment.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting execution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches.
  • Data-driven approach with experience implementing metrics and accountability frameworks.
  • Comfort operating in environments that require change, clarity, and decisive action.
  • Knowledge of Lever ATS is a huge plus.
  • Relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, or seniority may factor into compensation.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $125,000 to $150,000.
  • Total compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business needs.
