Description

  • Create project plans based on the scope of work defined by the Solutions Architect using Smartsheet.
  • Identify project activities, dependencies, sequencing, and time estimates.
  • Onboard engineers onto customer systems, project scope, processes, deliverables, and documentation requirements.
  • Create project kick-off presentations, charters, and tracking mechanisms in collaboration with the customer.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Facilitate internal and external architecture discussions and review calls, and document decisions.
  • Proactively prepare meeting notes, weekly customer presentations, and project documentation.
  • Review and approve employee timesheets and leaves, and manage team calendars.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and requests to support customer success.
  • Manage customer escalations and negotiate scope changes with appropriate project documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working on cloud engineering or data engineering projects.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master working with customers in US time zones.
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, and Clockify.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience managing internal and external teams.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing data lake-based projects on AWS is preferred.
  • Professional Scrum Master™ certification is preferred.
  • Managing Jira Projects certification is preferred.
  • Smartsheet certification is preferred.
