Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop joint strategies for prospect engagement, pipeline growth, and customer success.
  • Strategically prioritize accounts and identify creative ways to open conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with the assigned sales team to identify and qualify target accounts and grow pipeline and revenue within the territory.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality standards, and activity goals.
  • Use account maps, technology stack research, and account research to prospect and uncover latent demand.
  • Deliver promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience through phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to share feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Support internal conferences and relevant team events, including occasional travel.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach with regional marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably with a technology vendor.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including confidence making cold calls and asking for referrals and new leads.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and driven.
  • Ability to understand technology solutions and communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in the US, with Eastern or Central time preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for internal meetings and events.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and engaging target accounts is preferred.
