Description

  • Serve as the primary consultant for APAC HR and benefits leaders on global client accounts.
  • Drive regional program awareness and adoption through localized engagement campaigns and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate with US-based Global Account Managers to deliver a unified client experience while advocating for APAC-specific needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for high-priority escalations, including workplace tragedies, unrest, and acute mental health crises.
  • Mobilize clinical and provider networks to deliver onsite or virtual psychological first aid during critical incidents.
  • Lead post-incident reviews with clients to refine response protocols and improve ongoing support.
  • Partner with regional and country managers, clinical teams, and provider operations to ensure the network fits local cultural and linguistic needs.
  • Identify gaps in regional service delivery and propose solutions to improve the member experience.
  • Own the renewal process for regional contracts and maintain client retention through ROI and clinical outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional Lyra products and services based on regional needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management at a local level.
  • Experience with EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English plus Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • A background in clinical psychology or counselling is an advantage.
  • Experience in financial management of client contracts is essential.
  • Ability to work remotely in Hong Kong.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to client sites as required.
