Description

  • Support the Global Connect Contact Centre with non-clinical care-related requests from client members via virtual, chat, telephone, and email channels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing member contact, providing guidance on how to access care and appropriate Lyra services.
  • Refer members to suitable countries, counsellors, and other related resources such as financial guidance and family care support.
  • Provide administrative support for contract and service information, member intake, and referrals to other service streams when clinical consultation is not required.
  • Liaise with care partners across countries, languages, and time zones to support member needs.
  • Record, capture, check, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in contact centre systems.
  • Support management with data collection, metrics, and regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Assist with dedicated care navigation administrative work, coordination tasks, and operational duties as needed.
  • Escalate mental health-related risks to clinicians or management promptly and appropriately for clinical support.
  • Support proactive outreach and service promotion projects as needed.

Requirements

  • South African Matric is the minimum requirement; an additional diploma or degree is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an EAP administrative role is advantageous, or demonstrated multi-stakeholder administrative coordination experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong client service orientation with an articulate and professional demeanor.
  • Computer literacy and confidence learning and navigating online platforms.
  • Ability to type and navigate systems while on a call at a reasonably swift pace.
  • Excellent administrative skills and confidence working online; training will be provided.
  • Good telephone, chat, and virtual communication manner.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work reliably independently.
  • Ability to work within a team, adapt to changing workload demands, and work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to work remote with reliable power, reliable wifi, and a smartphone.
  • Must be available for day and/or night shifts and flexible to support meetings outside standard working hours.
