Description

  • Exceed the annual quota for bringing in new Bend health partners.
  • Prospect new business independently and with Bend and Lyra lead generation partners.
  • Inspire senior executives at leading companies to prioritize mental health initiatives.
  • Educate partner leadership on the U.S. mental health care system and Bend’s mental health benefits.
  • Communicate Bend’s value proposition verbally, in writing, and quantitatively.
  • Negotiate with medical directors, administrators, network contracting, finance, and procurement executives.
  • Document deal progress consistently to support business growth and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client management.
  • Build relationships with contracted health systems to increase referral volume and expand covered and referred services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a comparable role.
  • Experience selling directly to health systems or consulting with health systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
  • Strong negotiation skills with business contract terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quantitative mindset with comfort analyzing numbers and identifying insights.
  • Interest in understanding how the U.S. healthcare system works.
  • Passion for mental health.
  • Tenacity, persistence, intellectual curiosity, and strong organization skills.

  • Base salary range of $81,200 to $111,650 per year.
