Description

  • Supervise employees and contractors to ensure professional customer experiences during onsite installations and troubleshooting.
  • Lead teams in meeting service, quality, budget, and SLA objectives.
  • Create and present reports on service metrics and operational performance.
  • Provide direction on quality assurance, safety, productivity monitoring, training, and budget adherence.
  • Conduct proactive and reactive field visits to assess customer experience and coordinate installation and repair activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks including timesheets, contractor invoicing, calendar scheduling, invoice approvals, and invoice audits.
  • Ensure teams follow applicable service, safety, and regulatory standards, including OSHA and local building codes.
  • Manage day-to-day departmental operations and implement systems that support team goals efficiently.
  • Establish performance measures, goals, objectives, and priorities for the team.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend training, counseling, and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional and departmental projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of service operations experience in telecommunications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Brownsburg, IN.
  • Ability to travel to various worksites or service locations as needed.
  • Valid, fully unencumbered driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience building relationships across teams and using project management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative and stay on task.
  • Ability to frequently operate a computer and travel to construction sites in all weather.
