Description

  • Serve as the central operations contact for field-related questions, initiative tracking, and coordination across the Field Patient Access team and home-office partners.
  • Partner with Field Patient Access leadership to organize priorities, prepare for meetings, track follow-ups, support communications, and advance initiatives.
  • Manage field-facing operations projects for access systems, including requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder alignment, testing support, implementation, and optimization.
  • Use business intelligence platforms to analyze reimbursement and field activity data, build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Triaging and tracking field inquiries related to systems, tools, data, workflows, training needs, and operational barriers.
  • Support training programs and reinforcement resources for Patient Access Liaisons, Regional Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the use, integration, and continuous improvement of approved industry tools and field-facing platforms.
  • Conduct field visits with Patient Access Liaisons to capture insights, trends, site feedback, and operational observations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Patient Engagement Operations, Commercial Analytics, Compliance, Legal, IT, Training, and other partners.
  • Support launch readiness activities, including meeting preparation, checklists, process documentation, and field communications.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy requirements and non-promotional role boundaries while supporting field operations and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare market experience in an operational role supporting others or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% for field meetings, training, vendor engagement, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience improving execution, visibility, and stakeholder decision-making in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple operational priorities with accountability and follow-through.
  • Experience using field insights, operational data, and stakeholder feedback to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Comfort working in changing priorities while maintaining compliance, data privacy, and appropriate role boundaries.
  • Curiosity, continuous learning, and responsible stewardship of company systems, data, and resources.
