Description

  • Lead and coach a remote team of Sales Representatives across daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Own inbound and outbound patient conversion performance and identify where leads are dropping off.
  • Build sales scripts, messaging, and objection-handling frameworks as the process evolves.
  • Review call recordings and provide specific coaching and feedback to reps.
  • Maintain clean pipeline discipline and produce accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and pipeline outcomes.
  • Drive outbound reactivation as a consistent sales motion.
  • Use performance data and conversion dashboards to determine what needs to be fixed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and 2+ years managing a team.
  • Personal experience closing deals, not only managing others who sell.
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, with the ability to explain how those results were achieved.
  • Experience generating or sourcing your own leads and building pipeline.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a sales process from scratch.
  • Understanding of both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting.
  • Background in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC is a strong plus.
  • Active use of AI tools in coaching, reporting, outreach, or process improvement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure independently.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours consistently and communicate clearly in professional-level English.
  • Open to candidates based in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or South Africa.
