Description

  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts at mid-sized companies in sectors such as retail, financial services, media, and healthcare.
  • Execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels with relevant, personalized messaging.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria including company fit, confirmed pain, the correct stakeholder, and readiness to engage.
  • Book qualified meetings for Inside Sales Account Executives and provide thorough context and handover notes.
  • Manage outreach cadences with discipline, including follow-ups and response tracking to prevent warm leads from going cold.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Account Executives to align on target accounts and improve qualification standards.
  • Test and iterate on outreach elements such as subject lines, messaging angles, and call openers.
  • Share market feedback and insights on objections, messaging performance, and responding segments.
  • Own outcomes related to qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and the accuracy of information passed to the sales team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • SDR experience in SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Arabic language fluency is required for engaging prospects in the region.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Strong curiosity about how businesses work and whether solutions fit real problems.
  • Comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound outreach.
  • Highly organized and consistent approach to managing outreach cadences.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, direct, personalized outbound messaging.
  • Ability to handle rejection constructively and keep improving.
  • Team-oriented mindset with open communication and a collaborative approach to handovers.
