Description

  • Assess customer needs through personalized interactions and effective questioning.
  • Present Lucid vehicles and product features to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Study competitor models, pricing, and packages to educate customers on Lucid’s value.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support loyalty and repeat engagement.
  • Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Conduct test drives and explain key selling points of Lucid vehicles.
  • Support order-to-delivery processes, including financing and leasing applications.
  • Manage documentation, registration, payment due at signing, and delivery coordination.
  • Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams and assist with daily operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment.
  • Experience building and managing a customer pipeline.
  • Retail automotive sales and desking experience highly desired.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and retail business systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, verbal articulation, and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer test drives.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have had a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
  • Proficiency in English; a secondary language is a plus.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching tasks.
