Description

  • Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial engagement to successful delivery.
  • Assess customer needs through personalized interactions and targeted questioning.
  • Provide product expertise and explain Lucid vehicles against competitor models, pricing, and packages.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Conduct test drives and present key vehicle selling points.
  • Manage order-to-delivery transactions, including financing/leasing support and application status tracking.
  • Handle registration, payment due at signing, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with Lucid Financial Services and Delivery teams to support customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers during the waiting period before delivery.
  • Assist with daily retail Studio operations as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment.
  • Experience building and managing a customer pipeline.
  • Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and retail business systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales goals.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer test drives.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
  • Proficiency in English; a secondary language is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching tasks.
