Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers across phone, email, social media, and other channels.
  • Research prospects’ business needs and pain points to communicate Loop’s value proposition effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
  • Track and maintain accurate lead and interaction data in Salesforce.
  • Continuously learn the industry and competitors to inform sales messaging and merchant conversations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional team members to improve sales processes and performance.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outbound activity, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly SQO quota.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Share market feedback and insights with sales, marketing, merchant success, and product teams.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to source and engage new prospects.

Requirements

  • Strong prospecting skills with experience identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, cold emails, social media, and creative outreach methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging and persuading prospects.
  • Experience using AI to automate workflows and create efficiencies.
  • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments while owning a pipeline and target list.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience in the face of rejection or setbacks.
  • Results-driven mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfort using CRMs, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom, and Google Suite preferred.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including AEs, marketing, and merchant success.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, sales processes, and industry trends.
  • Ability to address customer concerns or hesitation and turn it into a win.
  • Strong fit for a rapidly changing, ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Located in the UK, with a strong preference for candidates based in London and with a deep understanding of UK logistics.
