Description

  • Get close to the ecommerce ecosystem and learn merchant needs and opportunities for Loop.
  • Build and grow relationships with prospects, merchants, partners, and market stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and merchant by sharing insights with Product, Marketing, Leadership, and GTM teams.
  • Own outcomes tied to revenue, pipeline, retention, or campaign performance and work to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the GTM organization to close deals, grow accounts, launch initiatives, and drive results.
  • Use data and modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently and continuously improve performance.
  • Adapt work across sales, customer success, partnerships, or marketing responsibilities depending on the matched role.

Requirements

  • Experience in one or more GTM functions in a B2B SaaS environment, such as Sales, Customer (Merchant) Success, or Partnerships.
  • Startup experience and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in ecommerce, the Shopify ecosystem, or the post-purchase space is a strong differentiator.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences, including merchant teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting internal and external relationships.
  • Comfort working with data and tools, and willingness to experiment with AI to improve workflows.
  • Results-driven mindset with examples of goals met, deals closed, accounts grown, or campaigns launched.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Marketing, Product, or Customer Success.
  • High standards, intensity, and a people-first approach aligned with Loop's core values.
