Description

  • Coordinate protocol documentation, reviews, approvals, amendments, and maintenance throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Track study records, milestones, activation deadlines, enrollments, data quality, reported issues, and site activity.
  • Develop educational materials and webinars for NCORP sites.
  • Conduct site outreach, data cleaning, custom reporting, and quarterly accrual and activation reporting.
  • Draft informed consent documents, youth information sheets, and standardized protocol language.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, agendas, minutes, action items, and study committee participation.
  • Support NCORP representation on COG committees and coordinate biannual site awards.
  • Coordinate the loaning of neuropsychological testing materials to COG member institutions.
  • Prepare e-friendly study documents with bookmarks and active links for publication.
  • Assist with departmental templates, SOPs, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in clinical research.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, data-tracking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, agendas, action items, and minutes.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to travel overnight to biannual COG scientific meetings; must reside in the United States.
  • Familiarity with clinical research terminology and study documentation preferred; oncology experience is preferred.
