Description

  • Own TikTok influencer partnerships, including sales calendar planning, recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and compensation through the influencer CRM.
  • Manage TikTok Shop affiliate platforms and support campaigns with the Performance Marketing Team and Community Manager.
  • Lead TikTok influencer contract negotiations and partner with legal to ensure FTC compliance.
  • Source creators for dedicated SparkCode content in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Team.
  • Set, track, and report on influencer marketing KPIs across brand awareness and sales-driven campaigns.
  • Work with the Head of Brand and Head of Product Development on influencer collaboration product strategy and PR.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok influencers and build ongoing creator relationships through direct communication.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager and Community Manager on creator gifting.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to produce high-quality influencer and PR packages.
  • Act as a thought leader for paid digital marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • A proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Experience working with paid advertising teams and influencers across multiple media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and podcast marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, creative problem-solving ability and a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
