Description

  • Support and participate in strategy calls with clients.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and account updates.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Execute TikTok Shop growth strategies for assigned brands.
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and campaign improvements.
  • Assist with sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators and affiliate partnerships.
  • Track creator performance and support relationship management.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop listings, product performance, and CRM/customer engagement flows.
  • Use Asana to track tasks, workflows, and project progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop and account management.
  • Exposure to TikTok, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs.
  • Experience supporting client-facing work or stakeholder communication.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic performance analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with creator partnerships (nice to have).
  • Background in agencies, eCommerce, or digital marketing (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation (nice to have).
  • Basic understanding of paid media or performance marketing (nice to have).
  • Must reside in a LATAM country and submit a resume in English.
