Description

  • Define and execute Factor’s creator and influencer strategy across Instagram, YouTube, streaming, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Own channel-mix allocation and adjust spend quarterly based on CAC efficiency, audience fatigue, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Lead the transition from agency-managed spend to in-house direct booking at scale.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms through structured tests with data and analytics partners and scale channels that prove efficient.
  • Rebuild YouTube and streaming partnerships after the Stream Elements transition and recover lost conversion volume.
  • Use partnership ads to amplify influencer content through paid social media.
  • Directly manage a team of 2–4 associates and senior associates handling day-to-day booking operations.
  • Set booking targets, quality standards, and go-live compliance processes for the team.
  • Manage external agency relationships, including RFPs, onboarding, performance reviews, and capacity planning.
  • Own Factor’s influencer budget and P&L, including spend plans, performance tracking, and ROI reporting.
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter CAC improvement through creator-tier diversification, better vetting, and usage-rights negotiation.
  • Serve as the brand guardian for creator content, overseeing briefs, creative direction, and content quality.
  • Manage top-tier creator relationships directly and ensure brand-right storytelling.
  • Partner with data, analytics, brand, and marketing teams on measurement, campaign integration, and brand consistency.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance-driven social media.
  • At least 2 years of people-management experience.
  • Experience managing six- to seven-figure creator budgets with P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated improvement in CAC or ROAS.
  • Deep platform expertise across Instagram and YouTube, with experience in streaming or emerging social platforms preferred.
  • Experience transitioning influencer programs from agency-managed to in-house direct booking models at scale.
  • Strong negotiation skills around usage rights, exclusivity, and creator compensation.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and translating it into strategy.
  • Experience in DTC, meal-kit, food and beverage, or subscription-commerce industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with partnership-ads workflows and paid amplification of creator content is a strong plus.
