Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff through launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program strategies and improve key performance indicators.
  • Lead internal and external strategic meetings to align on client goals and journey-specific program needs.
  • Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related marketing infrastructure to improve performance.
  • Build custom multichannel reports and reporting processes that define account success and surface improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain data hygiene and data/list integrity across marketing and sales platforms, including integrations and standards.
  • Participate in campaign planning and manage timelines, budgets, status reporting, and messaging/copy as needed.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty and engagement programs that deliver ROI-positive results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CRM changes, reporting impacts, client expectations, and delivery alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • CRM platform proficiency, with HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring within a customer journey context.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and Account-Based Marketing needs across unique customer journeys.
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences and developing strategies that drive ongoing optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills, both internally and in client-facing settings.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively, sometimes without clear instruction.
  • Comfort creating and optimizing processes in real time.
  • Experience with data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
