Description

  • Define and operationalize product positioning and messaging to support enterprise revenue growth.
  • Align marketing, DevRel, product, sales, and customer success around shared messaging and launches.
  • Define and refine the ideal customer profile based on customer and prospect feedback.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure segmentation is reflected in pipeline and reporting.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and market analysis to inform product, revenue, and engineering strategy.
  • Oversee full-cycle product launches and own launch deliverables across all channels.
  • Support go-to-market execution from announcement through activation.
  • Help connect market insights back to internal teams and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading product marketing strategy with hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Deep familiarity with developer tools or cloud infrastructure; broader B2B tech experience is considered.
  • Fluency with AI-native workflows as a practitioner, including using AI tooling to analyze customer data and accelerate content production.
  • Strong CRM fundamentals across the full sales and marketing funnel, with working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Experience driving pricing strategy for B2B enterprise sales is preferred.
  • Experience engaging with industry analysts is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, sales, customer success, and RevOps.
  • Experience operating in a fast-growing startup environment is implied by the role context.
