Description

  • Maintain and extend Loadsmart’s test automation framework, including coverage for edge cases and failure modes.
  • Manually test completed tickets continuously throughout the development cycle.
  • Design and execute tests for error states, unhappy paths, invalid data, unexpected workflows, and boundary conditions.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude for test design, exploratory testing, and bug investigation.
  • Perform full regression testing across web and mobile products before weekly releases.
  • Write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports for engineering teams.
  • Identify gaps in automated test suites and improve coverage across releases.
  • Validate features for the OpenDock, YMS, and SmartGate solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional manual testing experience with web-based applications.
  • Deep experience designing complex test scenarios for edge cases and error states.
  • Track record of finding defects involving boundary conditions, invalid data, and non-standard workflows.
  • Experience working in high-velocity environments with weekly releases and continuous testing.
  • Proficiency maintaining or extending automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude for exploratory testing, bug analysis, or test case design.
  • Experience with Jira or TestRail for detailed defect documentation.
  • Exceptional English communication skills for collaboration with teams in the US and Brazil.
  • Ability to complete required electronic background checks.
